This is that “while you’re at it” hustle. It’s about opportunity. You’re already doing one main thing (Action A), so you might as well use that opportunity to do a smaller thing (Action B) at the same time. It’s all about efficiency.

You’re driving to the warehouse to drop off the goods (Main Action). ついでに (tsuide ni), you swing by the corner store and pick up some beer (Side Action). You were already out, so you just added a quick, easy stop. You’re stackin’ your errands.
