Welcome to Hood Japanese! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (the “Site”) and the purchase of our digital products (“Products”).

4. Payments and Third-Party Processors

All payments for our Products are processed through Payhip (www.payhip.com), a third-party payment processor.

When you make a purchase, you will be directed to Payhip’s secure platform. Your payment information is provided directly to Payhip and is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policy. We do not collect or store your financial information (like credit card numbers).

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made.

5. Product Delivery

Our Products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment confirmation via Payhip, you will receive access to download your purchased PDF file(s). It is your responsibility to provide a valid, working email address for delivery and to ensure you are able to download and open the files.

6. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of our Products (PDF files) and their immediate delivery and consumption, we do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Please read the Product descriptions carefully before making a purchase to ensure it is the correct item you wish to buy. If you experience a technical issue with a downloaded file (e.g., the file is corrupt), please contact us at [hoodjapanese@gmail.com] within 7 days of purchase, and we will, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement of the same file.

7. User Conduct

By using this Site, you agree not to:
