This is for stacking facts. It’s like bakari de naku (not only). You’re saying one thing happened, and then you say 又 (mata) to add another thing, and use も (mo) to show it’s also true. “He’s late. Moreover (又), he also forgot the money (金も忘れた).”
Common Situation: When you’re listing off all the ways someone screwed up. “He crashed the car. Moreover, he also left the gun at the scene.”
Metaphor: This is the “And another one!” (Shout out to DJ Khaled). You state your first fact. Then you hit ’em with 又 (mata)… and drop another related fact with も (mo) to really drive the point home.
